Dear [Colleague],
As part of our partnership with Welbee, we are pleased to be able to provide all staff with access to a collection of over 150 high-quality wellbeing resources designed specifically for those working in education.
The Welbee Toolkit covers a range of topics, including stress, workload management, sleep, burnout, and much more. The toolkit includes a wide variety of resources and tools, including:
- NebulaAi — the world's first AI-powered wellbeing assistant for educators, which allows you to receive personalised responses to your wellbeing questions.
- Bitesize Videos and Guides — short, practical videos and articles on key wellbeing topics.
- Interactive Courses — in-depth courses that focus on wellbeing and leadership, empowering you to develop essential skills
You'll shortly be receiving an email from Welbee with a link to activate your account, or you can get started straight away by clicking here.
To get the most from the toolkit, we recommend starting with the 'Clarity'. This self-assessment is designed to help you identify your wellbeing priorities and takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
You can learn more about the toolkit in the attached poster or by watching this short video.

Step 3: Send the Staff Activation Emails
To streamline the onboarding process, we can send personalised emails directly to your staff, providing them with a one-click activation link. This simplifies access and helps your team get started quickly.
How to enable this feature: To authorise us to communicate with your staff, please complete the authorisation form or email us at toolkit@welbee.co.uk. Be sure to specify the date you would like the emails to be sent.
Our process: To encourage participation, we will email staff who have not yet activated their accounts twice. We also email active users occasionally to help them get the most value from the toolkit.
Opt-out: Staff have the option to opt out of these emails at any time.
Step 4: Display Posters to Drive Engagement
Finally, display the promotional posters in staff rooms and other communal areas. This reinforces your email communications and provides a constant, visible reminder for staff to access and use the toolkit.
