Using the Question Bank and Previous Questions - Guide

You can streamline and optimise the creation of your surveys by using our Question Bank and Previous Questions features. These tools are designed to save you valuable time, reduce your workload, and help you gather clear, high-quality feedback efficiently.

The Question Bank

Our Question Bank provides access to expertly crafted, evidence-backed questions, allowing you to build a robust survey in minutes. This empowers you to focus less on formulating questions and more on acting on the insights you receive.

How to Use It:

  1. From the survey ‘Create’ screen, select Question Bank from the left-hand menu.

  2. You can either search for questions using a keyword or browse by strategic topics like 'Behaviour', 'Safety', or 'Inspection'. Choose one and a pop up window will appear.

  3. In the pop-up window, before adding a question, you can preview its intended audience (e.g., staff, student, or parent) and its answer format (e.g., Likert scale, Yes/No, Open Text).

    4. Click the plus icon (+) to select your desired questions. Once you have finished, click the Add Question button to import them          directly into your survey.

The Previous Questions Feature

To maintain consistency across your school or trust and to track progress over time, the Previous Questions tab allows you to reuse questions from surveys you have run in the past.

The process for finding and adding questions is identical to using the Question Bank, helping you to further streamline survey creation.
