Running the HSE Staff Wellbeing Survey on the New Platform
For customers who joined before September 2025, the original Welbee Staff Wellbeing platform remains accessible. We will be migrating all historical data to the new platform, with this process expected to be complete summer 2026.
When running the HSE Staff Wellbeing Survey on the new platform, there are a few key differences to be aware of:

Management Standards: Results are no longer separated into the individual HSE Management Standards.

Organisational Benchmarking: This has been removed. The government benchmark data used for this comparison has not been updated in over two years, so it was decided to remove it.

School Benchmarking: Benchmarking has been updated and now uses a seven-point scale instead of the previous decile system.
