How to Use the 'My Organisation' Settings in the Welbee Toolkit
The 'My Organisation' page is your central hub for viewing toolkit usage data and managing staff access permissions. Here’s a simple guide to what you can do. Watch the video and read the guide below.
1. Accessing Your Organisation Hub
To begin, click on 'My Organisation' in the main menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
Please note: This page loads a lot of data, so it may take a few seconds to appear. You can confirm it's loading by the spinning wheel icon in your browser tab.
2. Management Hub: Usage Overview
The first section you will see is the Management Hub. This provides a high-level summary of resource usage across your organisation. The data, which is updated every hour, includes the total number of times staff have accessed:

Courses
Videos
NebulaAI searches
3. Most Viewed Resources
As you scroll down the page, you will find a list of the 'Most Viewed Resources'. This helps you see which content is most popular with your staff.
4. For Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs)
If your organisation is part of a MAT, continue scrolling to see an overview of each school within your trust. Each school will be listed with its own usage data. You can click the 'Manage' button next to a school's name to see more specific details.
5. Staff Access Management
At the bottom of the page is the 'Staff Access Management' panel. This tool allows you to modify the toolkit permissions for individual members of staff.
To manage a user:
Use the search bar on the right to find the staff member by name.
Tick the checkbox next to their record.
Click the 'Choose an action' dropdown menu.
From here, you can:
Delete User: Permanently remove their access to the toolkit.
Make Admin: Grant them full administrative privileges within the toolkit.
Change Access to Staff/Leader: Switch their permission level between standard 'Staff' access and 'Leader' access, which includes leadership-focused materials and courses.
Important Note: Changing a user's status to 'Leader' in the toolkit will not impact their job role in the main Welbee survey platform. For survey purposes, their role (e.g., Teacher, Support Staff) will remain unchanged.
