Staff Wellbeing Survey

We’re inviting you to take part in our confidential and anonymous Staff Wellbeing Survey. It should take just 5–10 minutes to complete, and your responses should reflect your own experience, as wellbeing is personal and subjective.
A high participation rate is vital. Even if you feel happy, settled, and well supported, your input helps us understand what’s working and ensures the results truly represent everyone. This insight guides both improvements and future celebrations.
We’re using the Health and Safety Executive’s Indicator Tool, a nationally recognised measure of workplace stress. Your responses will be benchmarked against schools nationally, giving us valuable context for our next steps.
