What’s New in EI - February 2026

We’ve introduced three powerful new features to make Edu Intelligence even more impactful: Document Uploads, Contexts and Live MIS Dashboards covering Attendance, Behaviour and Achievement (Assessment coming soon - watch this space!)

This article explains what’s new and how to use these features to strengthen analysis, monitoring and strategic decision-making.

1. Document Uploads – AI Enhanced Context

You can now upload text-based documents directly into Edu Intelligence to strengthen the quality and relevance of AI responses.

What can you upload?

  • School or Trust policies

  • Ofsted inspection reports

  • Self-evaluation documents (SEF)

  • School or Trust improvement plans

  • Action plans

  • Any other relevant text-based strategic documents

How it works

Once uploaded, the AI:

  • Uses your documents as contextual reference when answering questions

  • Allows you to ask questions specifically about your documents

  • Aligns survey insights with your strategic priorities and improvement planning

For example, you can ask:

  • “How do our staff survey results align with our current improvement plan?”

  • “Are there themes in pupil voice that link to areas identified in our inspection report?”

The AI will reference your uploaded documents in its analysis.

2. My Contexts – Tailoring AI to Your Role

Edu Intelligence allows you to personalise the AI through the My Contexts section.

Updating these sections ensures responses are tailored to your role, responsibilities and organisational priorities.

My Context

Use this space to explain:

  • Your role

  • Your strategic priorities

  • What matters most to you in responses

My Group’s Context

Use this to outline:

  • Trust-level priorities

  • Demographics

  • Key performance challenges

  • Strategic direction

My School Context

For each school, you can add:

  • School-specific priorities

  • Contextual challenges

  • Demographics

  • Current improvement focus

The more detailed your context, the more precise and strategically aligned the AI responses will be.

3. New Live MIS Dashboards

We have launched three live dashboards that connect directly to your MIS. These provide real-time visual trend analysis at trust-wide or school level.

Why This Matters

These enhancements mean Edu Intelligence now combines:

All within one integrated platform — enabling leaders to move from insight to action more effectively.
