In an anonymous survey: to protect anonymity, we apply a “Rule of 5”.
This means that results are only shown for a specific school if five or more people from that school have responded to a question. If fewer than five responses are received from a school, those responses are grouped together and displayed as “Other Schools.”
Why do we do this?
This approach helps protect individual anonymity and ensures that responses cannot be traced back to specific individuals.
Will this change while the survey is live?
Yes. While the survey is still open, the results will update automatically. If a school reaches five or more responses, its results will then appear separately instead of being grouped under “Other Schools.”
